The wall needed structural repairs to maintain its appearance and structural integrity. Completed in two phases, this project repaired all of that damage.

This fall and winter, the City of Carmel urban forestry staff will prune the trees in the right-of-way throughout Grandin Hall.

Over the last several months the board has studied ways to reduce the overall annual landscaping expense while providing a visually appealing neighborhood. Work on this project has started within the last week.

Following a couple of seasons with neighborhood irrigation system headaches, the board moved its maintenance from the landscaping contractors to a firm that specializes in irrigation systems.
