With spring just around the corner, many neighbors may be thinking about outdoor improvement projects. As you’re considering the timing of these projects, please also include time for a review by the Grandin Hall architectural committee before starting work. It is the role of the committee to review projects with the whole neighborhood in mind and ensure the proposed projects are consistent with the architectural guidelines while supporting the value of other properties.
